Stage Two
Once we have located your land, we organise a purchase package for you which includes
completion of all relevant paperwork and the services of a lawyer and notary.

Stage Three
Give us your ideas and specifications. We liaise with our English speaking Architect / Civil Engineer
in his Rhodes Town office. Receptive to your individual needs he will create a 3D Blueprint for your approval

Stage Four
Together with our Architect / Civil Engineer we will constantly keep you updated with the building of your 
dream home from foundation to finishing touches, including final inspection and your total approval of the
finished product.
