Related Costs
The fees outlined below are paid by the purchaser and based on the officially assessed value of the property, not the actual sale price. The officially assess price determined by the Greek Tax Authorities is normally lower than the sale price.
*Purchase tax for Off–Plan Homes is calculated at a lower percentage than for ready New Build Homes
